In this training, you will develop the abilities to train yoga to others. You will study the manner and application of asana (yoga poses), the fundamentals of pranayama (breath work), and the basics of meditation. Plus practice of yoga theory & , yoga history & philosophy, basic of Sanskrit, spiritual healing and yoga teacher ethics & boundaries. Wellness centre and spa is included with daily yoga classes, herbal steam room , full service spa, fitness room, and comprehensive 5 and 9 day fasts. Peoples undergoing the detox program reap the benefits of easy and harmonious access to the adjacent Beach Republic, the island's first and original Ocean Club and therefore the perfect place to relax as you undergo your cleanse.
Our 9 day detox is the most favored for bringing back the body balance. Whether or not you have never being in a detox before, this program provides greater results, leaving you cleansed, and bring peace to body and mind. The shorter 5 day programme is crafted for people with limited time, and is somewhat less intense, but still delivers distinguishable results. Although it's not mandatory but proposed that you allow yourself an extra one or two nights to spend on either side of your detox to ease in and out of the programme.
