Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact attacking sport which allows both striking and wrestling, both standing and on the ground, using methods from other action sports and other martial arts. Yogatraining4u comes up with a variety of classes including mixed martial arts, boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, grappling, fitness / cross training, and yoga.
The MMA program characterizes into pad work, sparring, and grappling techniques. A grappling class is run by them only class twice a week which teaches techniques and ground sparring. Seminars are conducted regularly and have different guest instructors so that your training is constantly varied and that you manifest to a variety of styles! There are also grading system to confirm that you progress with the jiu-jitsu belt system.
